I had two mugs made for my husband and myself. Everything was perfect.Our names were centered on the cups, and they really looked nice. Great value for two personalized coffee mugs..

The pictures on the cup were very sharp and the colours were exactly as the originals. The size of the images was quite ample and fitted the frames on the cup perfectly.

The picture was beautiful on the napkin BUT THERE WAS ONLY 1 PICTURE ON THE WHOLE NAPKIN. THIS WAS FOR A CHRISTMAS PROJECT! WE WERE COUNTING ON MORE THAN ONE PICTURE ON THE NAPKIN. I'VE NEVER GOTTEN A NAPKIN WITH ONLY ONE PICTURE ON IT. WE DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH PICTURE'S TO DO OUR PROJECT.

Exactly as I designed it! Nice crisp lines and colors. The initial order was just one to see quality and I will be ordering more for my customers.

This was a duplicate clock (I had ordered two) - this also didn't work - lost MAJOR time in the first few hours - bought new batteries - and it still didn't work. Zazzle is sending a replacement, but just hard to understand why two out of two clocks failed. Looks beautiful, but what good is that if it doesn't keep time?

Beautiful clock DID NOT WORK - lost time in the first day - changed batteries three times, bought new batteries - STILL DID NOT WORK - (ordered same clock for my friend and hers didn't work either!) - anyway, Zazzle is sending a replacement, hopefully that works. Disappointing.

There is a green mark on the mug. It looks like the color was not saturated enough. This is on both sides of the mug.

Literally everything that could go wrong with this product order did. Both pairs of socks were printed with the design exactly backwards... was there not a single human that looked at this before shipping it?! Color is wildly different than the preview as well. Paid for the fastest expedited shipping (costed more than the product itself) to make sure I could give as a gift before the recipient left on a trip, arrived too late. A total waste of time and money.
