I knew this because I ordered two bags, one for the mother of the bride and one for the mother of the groom. The one for the mother of the bride was a gift. I am the mother of the groom. Since they were personalized, there’s really nothing else they can be used for. I was assured I would have a replacement bag and receive a call back after I waited on the phone for an hour so as to not wait any longer. Well, the call never came and it has been several days.
