The mugs I ordered arrived exactly as the proof indicated they would look. However after a month or so of using the printed mugs, the ink faded right out to pink. Replacement mugs were sent but the same problem occurred. The printing process is faulty and was NOT corrected.

Didn't expect that show what ever ordered better

This was a gift and I was disappointed with the size of it. The picture was clear and the quality was nice, but I did not expect it to be so small. I looked at the measurements, but the finished product just looked much bigger in the online pics. It was just not the special engagement gift I had hoped for.

This was very nice banner the only thing ,I got the tabs to put on the corners so we could hang the banner and they didn't hold the banner up . We had to use some different to be able to hang the banner .
