The ornament itself is nice but the picture looks nothing like what I uploaded. Did your printer run out of color ink? It is so dull you can't even tell he is wearing red. So disappointed.

I never received my custom wrapping paper. In fact, when I reached out to find out why my package hadn't been picked up from the shipping company in almost 2 weeks I was told my package was lost. Customer service was amazing and very nice to deal with!

My complaint is that the rubber part that stops the water is visible in the snow globe. If visible, it should be seen on side 2 and not the front since that is the main focus. I ordered 5 of these and 3 of them show the stopper in the front.

This time it worked! I appreciate the customer service team addressing the initial problem with the mug being broken in shipping and replacement arriving too late. Replacing the mug and shipping it to a new address was much appreciated.

Nicely done. Next time I will order a larger size.

Clear images! I have used other companies for this same thing and the images were not as clear. I ordered several pairs of socks and they all arrived very quickly.

The ornament is very heavy for a Christmas tree. The image on the ornament wasn't as clear as the picture I submitted.

The double sided ornament is heavy for an ornament. Had I known this I would have ordered a single sided ornament. The image isn't crisp, even though the picture I submitted was very clear.

The artwork used on this travel mug was created by my 10 year old grandson, as a Christmas card for his Dad. He wanted to place it on something that could be useful, and asked about a mug. We searched and found the Stainless Steel Travel cup, and decided to place the order. The image is perfect, clear and colorful. He will give it to his Dad on Christmas Day. Great delivery, and excellent product.
