I ordered the ornament on my invoice and I got someone else’s order. When I reached out to customer service, no one responded!!!! I have been a member here for 10 years. I’ll never order from you again.

No I am not satisfied with the size of the clock nor the fact I was miss lead on it lighting up people that has came to my new house to see it makes jokes about the clock

Good quality & arrived quickly!

Extremely disappointed with this purchase. I was expecting a shiny glittery ornament and instead it is a blah circle with muted specs. The name of the item says “ brushed metal silver glitter” of which there is NONE. Do NOT order if you are expecting some girly glam 😩😩

My box was damaged and my sign is crooked, the other ones came in fine.

Ornament printing, colors and weight are all good. The side borders do not match, even though the preview picture shows that they are.

Font too small and printing unclear. Even though the design system allows you to design smaller or in lighter colors, I do not recommend. Once printed, the seller should not have shipped this. This should have been reprinted if it was a printing error. If it was an issue with size and color, the seller should have contacted me to propose alternatives (sizing and color) to make sure it comes out clear. This isn’t acceptable for what the design simulator says it’s going to come out as. This should never have been shipped.

I am very unhappy with the ornament. It is too dark. It didn't look that dark at all when I put it in my cart and purchased it. This little guy has autism, he'll never be able to identify his swim instructor, who he loves. I'm am not very unhappy with the product.
