It was much smaller then expected but it was just okay. The pictures were misleading compared to the final pieces.

I love the African print paper. The quality great. people whom I've sent gifts to sing the paper like it so much they don't want to open the gifts!

Perfect. Thick paper and design came out clear and exactly as designed.

The printing of the birth date and memorial (death date) was way too small. Plus the photos were too small to read without a magnifying glass. I will not order again.

Photo quality on the ornament is not very good. The online editor does not represent the real product very well. The image of our daughter was grainy and had bad contrast. As a result much of the detail of her face was lost on the ornament picture.
