The color of my design in this tote is completely different from my original design. It is not vibrant or vivid at all. I am disappointed.

These napkins are for my wedding, very poor ink, you cannot see anything on the napkins. What's worse is that it is so difficult to get InTouch with someone.

The banner looks awesome. This will serve to showcase our daughter’s Pharmacy Graduation. We’re so excited at the quality of the banner. It will be an honor to show it off to family and friends.

These cocktail napkins are so pretty….but the writing on them is sooo small! Very disappointed, the first item from Zazzle that I haven’t loved! Embarrassed to put these out at my daughter’s wedding…i may not.

Terrible quality. All the images are pixellated and I provided high res images.

14 of 24 glassware items were cracked. Packaging was extremely inadequate. Each item had a thin layer of bubble wrap and packed tightly into a thin cardboard box. Some items were laid on their side and of course were collapsed. The actual box was not damaged so the items simply cracked from movement and poor packaging.

Got them as my party favor for my wedding turned out great

14 of 34 items arrived crushed. Terribly inadequate packaging. Very disappointing. And web site is the only way to contact customer service - which keeps kicking me out as soon as I select radio button for which item needs replaced. And this review won’t let my upload photos of the broken items to share.

My grandson loved it so much!

Tiny tiny tiny and WAY too difficult to read. I would only recommend these with 1 letter as big of font as they allow and even then it would be difficult to see! Go with them blank if anything. Decent turn around delivery wise.
