I ordered it and never received it I talked to the customer service through text but it didn't help. I want my money back I wasted 3 weeks of my time Waiting so that is the least you can do

I've ordered several of these as gifts and they are always thrilled. You get to personalize the cup with an easy to use online tool and you have a lot of latitude for the layout and details. Good quality and great packaging with excellent delivery time for a custom piece!

Banner was of great quality and arrived quickly. Couldn’t be happier. Although it was hard to size the picture on the website when personalizing and it said it may appear grainy but it didn’t.

Delivery of four 11 oz mugs I ordered was 5 days before they were expected. Pricing was great; and AMAZING packaging - double/triple wrapped with lots of cushioning. No way these were going to break during shipment. I plan to give them to the nurses at my cardiac rehab as a thank you for their help and encouragement.
