I’m not sure this was ever received. I had it sent directly to the recipient. Can anyone help?

I had to redo the image, totally my fault. But otherwise LOVE the product.

I am disappointed with the quality of adhesive being used for the tile. I have ordered five tiles, and 4 of them have fallen out and cracked, requiring me to provide a refund. I highly recommend that the company reconsider using cheap adhesive and opt for a more durable option that prevents the tile from falling out and cracking. It's disappointing to pay a significant amount and receive subpar quality. I would like my money back. So disappointing.

Very beautiful Celtic Knot floor tiles. I used them instead of hardwood floor to fill a gap in the floor left from an old heater removal. They're gorgeous and unique.

I am super happy with this mug! It is exactly the size I was looking for. The image quality is good and I find the handle really comfortable. I was absolutely shocked by how quickly my order arrived! I ordered this design as I like that it has a nice pink heart for our grandma's, but the prints are too blurry, I expect them to be clearer.

I ordered 2 mugs. While I was very happy with the one shown here, the other mug I ordered arrived broken. I sent a request for a replacement nearly 2 weeks ago and haven’t received a reply.

It was as says. The sign was sturdy and good photo quality. The photo sign was beautiful with the UMD logo. Great addition to the Graduation Party.

I had this sent to my sister for her birthday and did not see it before. It is terrible. The left side is all uneven and the bottom is not even. Guess you have no quality control. I'm embarrassed that I had it sent directly to her. Shame on you for sending out something in this condition.

I like the mug but this was shipped in the wrong color. I ordered white.
