The picture of the patch on the man is obviously AI generated, as it is not behind his ear, it is both behind and on top.... not how a patch would be worn. I would like a refund or a new banner made with an accurate representation of the patch. Thanks, Paula

All 8 of us reconnected in Chicago. The banner was high school yearbook photos. We had so many laughs and fun taking photos with it. We propped up our phone on an ironing board in the suite and used the timer to take photo of all of us. Later we had concierge take photo in lobby. Thank you for assisting in ordering this banner.

4” shorter than specified. I ordered 84. “ length and finished length was barely 80”. Way too short for space. Very disappointing as guest are arriving. Very sheer but nice rich color.

The The printing was fine but very disappointed in the quality of the charms. Too expensive !

Beautifully made collage mug. Pictures are clear and exactly as planned. Inside color is perfect. If I had a complaint, the first time I did the template I had no idea that the mug color was below that first screen, but once I found it the rest fell into place. They arrived wrapped in bubble wrap individually and well protected. The order was delivered with all six (6) perfect mugs. Going to be a great family gift.

This is a beautiful stein. Nice &heavy. High quality. It was perfect for my floats & iced tea this summer!
