Product was fine and what we wanted. Packing and shipping was ridiculously poor. Arrived 4 days late. Ties for the ornaments we obviously shoved in as an after thought. I would hesitate to use this vendor again for those reasons.

I thought that eliminating the color background would enable the image to show a light image. Instead it darkened the image. Not what I wanted!

These were perfect for our party & did not take long at all to assemble. The matches are good quality for the price.

The background color did not match what I ordered. It came out a dark blue. Why?

The quality of these napkins were a disappointment. The printing was ok but the napkins were so thin. Not a quality paper napkin that I buy in a retail store.

This is a gift item. It's okay and I plan to send it, but the printing was lighter (faint, less distinct) than I would have preferred. I wouldn't order it again.

The design was exactly what I needed for a family reunion! The ability to work with the adding of our names was fairly easy. I would have rated it 5 stars except for the border color. I ordered red but when it arrived, it was not the pretty red shown but an off color, more towards brown, and not pretty, like the red. Too late to return them and they were expensive, $60 for 50 napkins. This attention to detail disappointed me. The red that I ordered would have been so much prettier. Also, they come loose, in a box; no packaging.

This turned out so great! The shipping took longer than expected but it arrived in time!

It was a perfect gift for my son after he lost his father. The pillow was beautiful.
