These were meant to be gifts, and I don’t have time to return them. I’m very disappointed—the workmanship is poor, and it seems there was no quality control. The image and lettering are noticeably off-center.

I love, love and love these tote bags! I can't wait to give them out to my besties at my wedding weekend. They are really cute, well made and easy to upload any pictures you'd like.

I ordered these napkins on September 23rd. It is now October 8 and I have not received them. This is ridiculous. I ordered for my daughter's engagement party for Oct 11. At this point, it does not look they will arrive in time. Very disappointing and expensive. I would expect a refund since they will be useless if they arrivie after October 11.

I ordered these adorably designed cat birthday napkins. I ordered the coined napkins. There is text in the middle of 4 cats. I can read my daughter's name but cannot read the rest of the text at all. To be honest, if you look at the sample design, it is small too. So I consider this my mistake for thinking I'd be able to read the text. Really, the entire design is printed too small. It may have been better if I had ordered the standard napkin instead of the coined one. As cute as the design is, I would not order this napkin again. Very disappointed.

$20 of candy, $3 of stickers that I have to apply myself all for the low price of $227. Complete scam!!! Don’t waste your time or money

The wrapping paper was everything I had hoped for and it arrived in a very timely manner to use with the wedding gift it was intended for. Thank you for such a prompt delivery of a great product.

When my order arrived (two mugs I designed) I was thrilled with one and the other was very disappointing. I contacted Zazzle and they said they would make me another, free of charge. It was the first time I had done one and I guess I messed up the whole thing....my fault....but they were so gracious....I REdesigned the mug carefully and very soon I received the new one ...perfect! I have been a Zazzle customer for a long time, and I have always been more than happy with m,y orders! Thank you, Zazzle!
