It was 1000% better than I expected. It was absolutely PERFECT!!!! I ordered both a banner and a large poster. I will definitely order again. Nothing at all negative about anything. It was delivered in great timing and shape.

I purchased this gift and paid $15 in shipping for it to arrive by October 9th. I had an engagement party on October 11th for my brother and soon to be sister in law. The item is still in transit and will most likely arrive Monday October 13th. At that rate, I should have just paid the basic $3 shipping fee for it to arrive October 13th per the shipping standards. Now I have to go buy a basic, non customized gift so I don’t show up to an engagement party empty handed. We will see if they reply and give me a refund for the shipping. If so, I will then review the product and update my review. DONT waste your money on expedited shipping.

I ordered a 16 x 16 pillow. What I received is barely 13 x 13. (There are actually 2 different ones I ordered, both are this size.) Very disappointed. I called and was told that I would receive an email that I could attach these images to so I could get the right pillows. No email had come. Guess I’ll be sitting on the phone for another 30 minutes in hopes of receiving another email for production …,

I ordered these napkins last minute for a wedding shower. I paid $24.95 for expedited shipping. (about the same price as the napkins). They were promised for Oct 3rd and they came Oct 8th. My event my Oct 5th. The quality of the product was very nice, but the $24.95 was wasted. It would be nice to receive that back since I am a Zazzle member and pay zero shipping when expedited is not requested.

This item is very cute and will be great for my clients. Although, item was not packaged very well and I did not receive the add on velvet bag I purchased along with it.

These were meant to be gifts, and I don’t have time to return them. I’m very disappointed—the workmanship is poor, and it seems there was no quality control. The image and lettering are noticeably off-center.
