I ordered for a baby shower and they did not arrive in time. When I ordered it was expected to be there. Had to go buy some last minute.

Super cute & came very quickly!! The only thing is I forgot to change the name I guess. If anyone needs one that says Maddie’s baby shower, it’s yours for free!!😂

These steins not only came out great. They actually arrived earlier than expected. I ordered a total of 40 and not one of them were broken or chipped. Will definitely order again.

Product was beautiful but 3 came broken and 2 chipped- the packaging needs to be better.

The package was received on the date stated, in good condition. I am pleased with the service.

The kisses wrapping color was red, not the orange as pictured. I needed the item for a party so I did not have time to return them. It was a fall theme and I ordered the "Fall in Love" stickers so I was really disappointed that the wrapper was Christmas colored.

It's a good quality mug, the printing is very good as well. My problem is it's not what I wanted. I selected to buy again when I lost the original which was white. What I got was stainless steel. I really wanted the white, but because it's personalized I'll live with it

First of all, it was described as having a “hidden zipper” which is not true. The zipper is white and the pillow is a dark blue so it sticks out like a sore thumb. You would think they’d use a black zipper for dark colors since the zipper is definitely not hidden. Also, I had previously ordered a pouf ottoman from Zazzle using the same design and exact same blue background so that I could put the pillow on top of the ottoman for added height. But the colors don’t match exactly (even though it was the exact same color). The other problem I have with this pillow, is the stuffing is not distributed evenly and it’s also flat (I was unable to even it out so I added toilet paper to the dented area, but it still looks flat.

This was a fun party favor and looked exactly like the design image.

The print quality was terrible, my sign was two sided (portrait) and the image was printed inverted on one side. Supposedly, the reprint was being managed by quality control, but the reprint was inverted also. Then customer service just stopped responding and my project was not fixed in time for my granddaughters Senior Night, very disappointing. I sent several emails and finally received an account credit for the order, however, that does not make up for the fact that the order was for a very important event and Zazzle Quality Control and Customer Service failed us. I uploaded photos and video to customer service previously. Not attaching it again. Zazzle needs to add instructions on how to place images on portrait signs so they are not printed inverted.
