The family name printed in the bottom seam & couldn’t be seen- I was disappointed. The zipper wouldn’t close either but it was such a pretty pillow

Very cute ornament and prompt service! I am rating 4 stars instead of 5 as the ornament string provided is very flimsy (I had to tie in 3 knots to get it to stay and still don’t trust it) and the ornament was a little pricier than similar ornaments on other sites but all in all, I was satisfied.
