The Eiffel Tower snow globe I ordered looks like something sold in a dollar store. I’m very sorry I ordered it. Also, the box it came in was soaking wet. It was leaking. I would like a refund.

The image was not as crisp as the one I sent and previewed. Also, it was cropped differently. This is the first time I've been dissatisfied with an ornament, and I've ordered many over the past 7-8 years.

I had never seen or heard of a morphing mug so I was quite surprised as was my husband when he poured his first cup of coffee and the pictures all appeared. My only regret is that as the cup/liquid in it cools so do the pictures disappear. Neat but not for us.

I purchased 7 cocoa mugs for grandkids age 4-15 with different fun designs and they all liked them. Mugs looked great, service was very fast.

Ornament arrived incomplete and looks nothing like the photo

This was a 2nd attempt at this item. First time, I ordered the color morphing mug, and did not like it. I was very pleased and impressed with Zazzle’s return policy and how quickly I received the 2nd mug. I got a full refund on the 1st mug and the process was very easy.

It's my daily drinker, and it brings back memories of having a similar mug during my childhood.

It looked too fake, the red color was not weak and faded with the apron

The bowl is adorable! It was a Christmas gift for my daughter who is a K-Pop fan, and the customization/design I made turned out just the way I wanted it. She was thrilled. Thanks!

I ordered 3 of these bags to give my new puppy owners when they picked up their puppy. The tote has my kennel logo on it and it looks fantastic! I filled each one with puppy essentials. They are a wonderful size and the puppy owners were thrilled to get them. I will be ordering more!

It was just what I wanted. came out great. I purchased this ornament also 9 years ago for my first grandson and was so happy you still sold it so I was able to purchase for my new grandson. I only wish it was two sided.

My granddaughter loved this gift, all she wanted was a unicorn thermal cup! Having her name on it made her literally jump for joy!
