Had ornament replaced to brighten the photo to match original picture provided but replacement turned out just as bad as the first one. No different. Replacement was offered quickly and customer service was great but didn't fix the problem. Two in the trash now.

My daughter n law was very happy with her pillow of her beloved Johnny who passed away a few months ago. She cried..Just be careful which pictures you put on the edges.if some of the image are outside of the safe line in the print area, they can be cut off when they’re sewn.

Fabric is cheap polyester, not knot. Seams do not align. Description is very deceiving. These are cheap pillows sold as custom (took 3 weeks to receive)

it was size 'standard'. my uncle is 5'9" and not heavy but it barely fit him. it looked nice but disappointed in sizing. it was obviously for a man because it was for an uncle.

It would be easier if I didn’t have to do the cropping to fit into the square. I had a hard time with that, and all 3 ornaments that I made turned out slightly different, one better, one worse. You can see on this one, I have a white square around it, and I wish I didn’t , but I spent a significant amount of time setting it. Otherwise, these are very cute.

The baby’s name was so tiny that it was unreadable. I am wondering why you make the default font so tiny? Otherwise, all good.
