Finish could be better

Can't read "Elizabeth's First Christmas 2025. In the proof, you can read it but not on the ornament.

This is unacceptable. You cannot even read the names well. Embarrassed to give this as an ornament.

The graphic and text were blurry and the letters were a little too small. Not a great design.

I paid for the expedited shipping, which was scheduled to be delivered on Dec. 10th and did not arrive. I received an email today that my package was delivered and it never arrived. I was home all day and nothing was delivered. The only way to contact is through an AI chat.

Terrible wasn't able to tell what the picture was. Picture was light but on the socks it was very dark.

I received the Ceramic Circle Ornament with the rainbow cake pops design that I had personalized. The colors are vibrant, and the quality is excellent, but the printed name is too small, especially when there is room to enlarge the lettering and make it more pleasing to the eye.

Very disappointed that I never received this mug in time for a Christmas/Birthday party for a very dear friend of mine. I have tried to "chat" with your Dazzle team but no response to receiving another one in the fastest way possible. Thank you,

Be very careful that you want something only 6.2" high. I thought this was a standard commuter mug that was taller.

very small for the money, very hard to read. not nice at all

for the money the ornaments are very small & is very hard to read the writing especially the date. I do not like it at all

Package came days after it was promised to be here even though I paid for express shipping and I was unable to use them for the event they were purchased for meaning it was a uselesss purchase and customer support is literally unresponsive. Will never order from here again and will tell others to avoid as well.
