Mug quality was great - durable and heavy. Machine washable. My boyfriend loved it.

Really good. Its been 1 year and is still as good as new.

Everything was perfect - quality of the print, the mug, the design, the colors. Everyone loved it. Had to make some changes in the original design as this was a gift for our wedding officiant who is also my BIL and we wanted to thank him with a personalized gift.

I am relieved that the ultimate condition of the Hershey kisses were fine. I taste tested one and it tasted good. I hve also since placed the stickers onto the kisses and the adhesive works very well. I hope others see the revised review.

This is a very sturdy mug with a great image and sentiment. Makes me laugh outload when I think of packing up for a horse show and taking so many things with me. 100% pleased with the product quality.

The color on the napkins is not Navy Blue they are very dull and gray.

Terrible it is all very dull and faded not at all what I purchased. I'm very disappointed as I've us the company before and loved the results. More upsetting is I can't chat or call anyone to discuss return options.

We ordered at least 150 of these napkins, maybe more...and at least 75% were the wrong year!!! I was unable to use them! (which I didn't find out until the last minute because the top pack was the only correct one!) So had to scramble to get napkins with 80 people coming for a dinner party!! Not cool!!!

Perfect for what I was looking for

Poorly painted handles! The handles are only partially painted. There is no paint where the handle attached to the mug. I’ve bought cheaper yet better quality from TJ Maxx!

The mug is sturdy and a great size. I like the logo and the bright orange color inside.

I love the napkin, but a little pricey

Nice print but a bit pricey for no personalizations

This is a price-friendly tote. The fabric is thin but more than gets the job done while looking good.

The only problem with the printing was my image. I needed to pump of the volume on the colors. This is my fault. I made these in a hurry and didn't ask questions, but it was an easy fix with a sharpie to pop in some outlines and I have figured it out for the future.

Color does not match the color of the plane shown on website.

The color of the plane on the napkin appears to be brown not red . We are disappointed.

This product shipped quickly, the printing quality was high and it was well received by the recipient!

The napkins came like the black in very in over load you could hardly see that they were Macleod colours yellow red and black

Very black was disappointed that it did not show the yellow tartan as it was a Macleod event

It arrived only one day later than estimated. Considering it went from the USA to Asia... I feel the delivery time was very good. The product is exactly as pictured. I am very satisfied.
