Disappointed by the color and definition of the bow. The pillow itself is great. I love the fact that there is a zipper so changing the insert is possible as it flattens in time. The bow is my main issue. It was supposed to match the invitation. As you can see from the picture I included in this review, there is a huge difference between the bow on the invitation and the bow on the pillow.. The pillow’s pink is more of a fluorescent pink where the invitation’s is more of a true pink. Additionally, the shading and lines of the bow on the pillow is not anywhere nearly as defined as they are on the invitation. I could have easily ordered a personalized white pillow cover with a pink bow on it anywhere on-line. The main reason I ordered it from this seller was because I wanted the pillow to match the invitations.. same color, same bow But that’s not what I received. Very disappointed. The font, size, and color of the personalization came out beautifully. I just wish the bow looked more like the one on the invite

Half of the print is smeared and blurry. And there is a HAIR trapped in the glaze!

Took the photo on a nice camera, very high resolution, but both image itself and text are blurry. The bottom is one long white stripe.

I’m not pleased with the snow globe. Photos are not clear. I would like a refund.

Disappointed as pillow form sent with pillow was too large to fit. The pillow curled up, couldn’t zip and wouldn’t lay nicely. I had to buy a different form to fit. Also the form sent was very flat. Definitely not what was expected for the price. Not worth the money paid.

The image on the front that I didn't customize is blurry. I bought 2 to give as gifts and was really disappointed that you can't read any of the side text.

I am very disappointed in the reproduction of the photo. I sent you a good quality picture too. On the mug, it almost looks out of focus. This is a Christmas gift that I am embarrassed to give. I cannot recommend your company to others.

These napkins are spectacular. Great quality, vibrant printing. I bought 100 and broke them into smaller packets of 25 and gifted them to friends for the holidays.

They got this wrong for the third time. Only printed one ornament even though I ordered four. Never ordering from Zazzle again.
