This is the third tile I've ordered – I'm creating a collection for my Mom. They are great, all of them!!

I paid extra to have a memorial ornament sent to my mom by Friday 11/29/24. It is still sitting in AZ and has been since the 23rd. This is not acceptable. I paid extra so my mother would not be by herself when she opened it. However it now looks like that’s what will happen as I have to return home which is three hours away. This review is not about the ornament I ordered. I will write a review when it gets here.

Mug is all black - photo shows white mug with black handle - VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Replacement was much better. I wasn’t expecting the grey tones on the edges, but since they are blended and no definite line, it’s good. Thank you for correcting and quick response and service.

Just received my 2 orders…earlier than anticipated. Words cannot express my satisfaction on the quality of this mug. Beyond my expectations. Excellent craftsmanship! Would definitively order again.

x-mas ornament was great, brought a tear to my eye.

I had purchased the same one over a year ago and it broke and I just replaced it for my 91 year old mother

Ornament was perfect but there wasn’t a ribbon to hang it by.

The Logo and writing was very blurry unable to read it.

Hostess gift for Friendsgiving

It turned out awful, it looked like it had been sprayed with a matt clear paint that went very wrong and it made the photo look mottled and yellow colour. I had to return it.

I was not home, and bafflingly rather than leaving the package at my doorstep they sent it back to the sender. I have not received a refund nor the item I ordered.
