The font/print is not high quality, leaving all the written portions to be fuzzy around the edges and overall a little blurry. Picture is also very blurry even though guidelines for the proper picture were followed.

The quality of the photos were terrible and the socks did not come out how I expected them to. I am very disappointed in the quality.

This pad is white not CREAM! What a rip off! Unhappy!

I have been getting this and other items from Zazzle for many years and the colors from the printing on my last few orders are not as vibrant as they used to be. The gold is more mucky mustard, reds are pinkish, etc.

I am still waiting to receive this item...how do I track it when it say estimated delivery Feb. 5 which has passed...

I ordered Paisley and you sent Misty. This is a birthday present for my young daughter who just got a kitten. Was for her birthday!

The chess frame was exactly as pictured! Colors are vibrant and it is easy to see the different chess pieces surrounding the frame due to the etching!! Communication was efficient and easy to track order! Delivery was received in a timely manner!

Unfortunately, I wanted to reorder, but was declined. Please lmk if I’m able to reorder
