Manufacture was perfect. But I positioned my artwork badly. I didn’t realize that, with the mug held in the right hand, the picture can’t be seen. Better guidance or preview features might have helped me make a product I would have been proud to give.

I really hope this gift is worth the overpriced amount of shipping I paid to have my order still show up excessively late.... when it seemed to me that paying a horrendously large shipping fee was going to guarantee on time Christmas Eve delivery. Please do not swindle people into paying this rip off amount of shipping if you cant guarantee it will be on time.

Order placed on 12/16 with expedited shipping with a delivery date of 12/22. Tracking shows shipping label was created 12/17 but UPS didn’t receive item until 12/20 so of course 12/22 delivery would be impossible by that point. I understand delivery isn’t guaranteed when ordering so late around the holidays but my order wasn’t even given a chance given the delay in getting it out. First and last time ordering from this crappy place. Oh, it’s 12/25 and I still don’t have my package so I can’t speak to quality but if it’s anything like this bs my hopes aren’t high.

I’m not sure if the service just wasn’t good enough since it was a tad textured or if the printer was needing refilling. I was disappointed at the quality of the print. It wasn’t a deep black and really resembled a print where toner needed to be replaced.

I ordered 4 different ornaments and with each one, patches of the green color around the edges was rubbed off or chipped away. Resolution was not great. The font was tiny.

Turned out much better than expected. The picture was 47 years old. Upload the actual pillow picture, very happy with finished product. The customer service is exemplary as well. Very Highly recommend.

I was VERY PLEASED with my Zazzle small image trivets. The trivet images are crystal clear like a photo film image. I couldn't be more happy. I now want to order more trivets from Zazzle !

The cup was as pictured but it came chipped and cracked! Now I have to return it what a hassle!

Three of the ornaments were missing. Two of the one on the left (back image not shown. One of the one on the right, back image not shown above. Very disappointing.
