I paid for metal grommets, but it got delivered with none. My event was happening too quick to reorder or get the correct banner I paid for, so I just ate the cost and didn’t bother contacting you guys.

Very good quality and arrived on time.

Pillow is well made and very pretty but I should have checked measurements it is very small especially for the price I paid. I wanted it for an entry way bench and it is LOST on the bench. I really needed 18” or 20” , live and learn to check measurements first! I still gave it 4 stars because it is made well but I cannot imagine anyone finding the need for a small pillow like that. It would really be off scale on a couch I wish they offered a bigger size.

the product was perfect - delivery early

Printing is great, but really disappointed in the size. My mistake for not reading the sizing details and trusting that this was actually an espresso mug as it is titled. This is a cappuccino mug...double the size of an espresso mug.

not good , the letters are too close together, making it hard to read, the preview looked completely different and same issue with the colors

Durable product ; quality

This is the second one and it arrived in good condition. This why I give you all 4 star. Because you all made it right. The first one was awful. It was damaged in shipping. I still think shipping could be better. It needs to be put in a cylinder so it will not get bent in the cardboard box. Then put in the cardboard box. Because it still bent some in the cardboard box but did not damage it to bad.

Another QA check of my work. Another stunner in product output. My design and colors conveyed on this piece. If I didn’t know any better I could fool myself into thinking I was drinking from the big blue mosaic sea!

Absolute garbage. Too dull. Absolute waste of money. I threw it in the trash the same day it arrived in the mail.

Liked the wording but pillow was stained thru out the front & back!

Not great..I’m very dissatisfied because the top did not have the correct openings to string a rope or string through it. I had to punch holes in the banner and put a dowel in it to make it actually hang able. Very disappointing.
