It seems like the paper has gotten thinner than the last time I have bought it. I haven't used it yet will have to see at Christmas if it tears or not.

Very disappointed in the packaging. I ordered a single ornament as a sample, and it came in with hanging string attached, in a nice sleeve, and in a nice white box... suitable for gifting. So I went ahead and placed an order for 20 and they came bulk packaged with a bunch of loose gold strings...no sleeve no boxes. Now I am stuck as to how to wrap them for gifting - and I need put on all those darn strings! Definitely felt like a bait and switch. Not happy

Nice quality mug with sharp reproduction of the images I put on it. My only concern is that the price has more than doubled just in a few short weeks, so I'm not sure I'll be ordering more, at least not in the quantity I was. Also, I wish there were more cup color choices available for custom designs.
