Customer service not good sent question three separate times and no response. I used mine for a craft decoupage but if your actually using as a napkin wouldn’t recommend. Hard and tough

I threw it away! For some reason, they put some photo of nobody-knows-who on the back. I didn't put a photo for the back -- they just put the example on the back of mine. No place to change it. Am done with Zazzle. Previous ornaments had clear, dried bubbles all over the fronts. Asked for new ones. Never heard back.

I'm extremely disappointed with the dull color applied to the ordered towels. The colors have zero brightness and are 100% not worth the money I paid for them. Never will I ever order anything from Zazzle again.

Disappointed that in my design I left plenty of border room, but in printing there was no border and it went to the edge. I have done custom designs on Zazzle before and not had problems, but this batch was poorly done in comparison.

Fuzzy dull image. Not as sharp as what was uploaded. I had ordered mugs six years ago and the quality was outstanding. These were crappy. I won’t buy again from Zazzle.

The size is way too small I needed it a bigger cup It looks so much smaller The pics made it look bigger

I was very pleased with my package , warning ladies you must make time for the prep work to assemble the photo stickers on the Match box’s. We love our matches very much and can’t wait to use them.
