I ordered a size larger, based on several reviews which said it ran small. It turned out to be huge....but since it's personalized, I cannot return it. I should have ordered the regular size. You never know...especially with unisex sizes...oh well.

They shipped very quickly and were absolutely beautiful!!

Super cute! Wish I could have gave it to my husband for his first father's day but he item arrived completely broken. Can't get anyone at Zazzle to respond to my issue. Also paid extra in shipping to get it here days before needed to make sure I wanted to give it as a gift.

I was very happy with this purchase. The shipping was very fast. The product arrived in only a couple of days. Communication from the store was excellent. This was a gift for my wife and she loved it! It perfectly described my feelings and how much I love her. We can't wait to hang it on the tree this year and for every year moving forward. I definitely recommend this product and will be shopping from this store again.

The text is too small! It's hard to see in the design mode, especially when you're not used to adding text to mugs. I wish there had of been some expert advice when it went for printing, it would've been nice to know. Now I would have to pay shipping to return it.

Very disappointed in this purchase. The paper is very hard to work with for wrapping gifts, but more importantly, the pattern has lines running through it. I bought this to wrap a very large gift, and there was no way to wrap it without having big seams running down sides, as the pattern is poorly applied across the whole roll. Very frustrating especially considering how expensive this is for wrapping paper. Deeply regret this purchase and wish I could get a refund.

Not what I expected. The picture is amazing. Even taking a picture of the product I received looked good. But in person. It was not worth the amount of money I spent. Very disappointed.

The graduation sign was perfect!!! It was delivered quickly and was exactly as promised. I loved it and even used a photo of it for his Thank you notes!
