I was home waiting for my package to arrive as scheduled. UPS never attempted to deliver therefore, we were without a banner for my mother's 85th birthday. So, disappointed!!

I was disappointed that the pictures on the mug weren’t as crisp and clear as expected. When I reached out for assistance before ordering, I was assured that the images would be sharp. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I would appreciate a replacement with clearer image quality, as originally promised.

The wrapping paper is great and was delivered timely.

Classic addition to our 4th of July setup. Looks great but had to get creative with hanging. Grommets would have been a super helpful addition.

Quality was amazing! Customer service was fantastic! Paid for expedited shipping and it was delayed and arrived late. Customer service reimbursed the additional shipping and was lovely to work with.

IT WAS A BIT OF A SURPRISE TO ME. IT'S A NICE CUP, BUT I DIDN'T REALIZE THAT THE IMAGE ONLY BECAME AVAILABLE WHEN YOU PUT SOMETHING HOT IN THE CUP. OTHER THAN THAT GOOD.

Print was blurry, ink not sharp on napkin. Reordered twice. 2nd set came wrinkled.

I'm super annoyed, once again, with Zazzle. The last two orders I've placed with you guys have been delivered late. The other was an order for custom pillows earlier this year, which arrived weeks after their due date. Now, I've got a number of these custom candles — all identical — which have shipped out on multiple days, via multiple delivery services, with some having arrived in time and others (due on 7/23, today is 7/24) still saying that they're only at the "shipped" stage. They've been showing as such for 7 days now. What are you people doing over there? These should have all shipped out at the same time, via the same service, and arrived within a day or two of each other. That's what I paid for and you've failed yet again. For my next custom orders, I will use Zazzle only as a very, very last resort.

The print on ornament is so pale it’s hard to see

I received the personalized cocktail napkins. there are light purple lines through the napkin (look at the 11 and see line. All napkins have this defect. It's like your printer was low on ink. And, I received 2 boxes and ordered 5 boxes. I love zazzle and have never had any issues before

The colors were not vibrant and the quality of the napkin was cheap. It was kind of like those heavy duty drying cloths. I would not recommend.
