I tried to return this item and have it replaced because they printed on the back which had an ink stain because there was a yellow drip stain on the front. I knew this because I ordered two bags, one for the mother of the bride and one for the mother of the groom. The one for the mother of the bride was a gift. I am the mother of the groom. Since they were personalized, there’s really nothing else they can be used for. I was assured I would have a replacement bag and receive a call back after I waited on the phone for an hour so as to not wait any longer. Well, the call never came and it has been several days. I also never got an email and there is nothing showing in my account. I’m so disappointed. I have done so much business with Zazzle.

This is a great quality pillow! Perfect for your kid who is going away to college and you want to get them a pet pillow. I added an image of our cat awake on one side and then our cat asleep on the other side.

Water bottle itself is decent but the decal is very delicate and is flaking off in multiple spots with only minor use.
