Really impressed with how the mug turned out! I love the size and the clarity of the image! Dishwasher safe too!

I purchased this as a gift and while the mug itself is cute, the final product doesn’t quite match the preview I was shown prior to purchasing. I selected bright, high-quality photos, but the colors came out looking muted and a bit dull on the actual mug. It’s still a thoughtful gift, just not as vibrant or crisp as I had hoped.

Reported one mug broken, no response from zazzle. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

Super fast shipping. The next day delivery. It was fun, and easy to do. I designed one for my husband 18 years ago thru Zazzle. In the last couple years it developed a crack. I received my beautiful 6 X 6 Seahorse tile this week-4 days ahead of estimated delivery date. Looks exactly as pictured. LOVE IT!

Although I love the quality and thickness of the mat, after just one use, the color (supposedly black, was more like a brown/black) started to come off.

The items were delivered on time and accurate. The quality is quite poor. The colors are not vibrant and the personalization is very hard to read. Disappointed.

I tried to return this item and have it replaced because they printed on the back which had an ink stain because there was a yellow drip stain on the front. I knew this because I ordered two bags, one for the mother of the bride and one for the mother of the groom. The one for the mother of the bride was a gift. I am the mother of the groom. Since they were personalized, there’s really nothing else they can be used for. I was assured I would have a replacement bag and receive a call back after I waited on the phone for an hour so as to not wait any longer. Well, the call never came and it has been several days. I also never got an email and there is nothing showing in my account. I’m so disappointed. I have done so much business with Zazzle.
