Service was amazing and when I needed to return the size we didn't need, it was no fuss and I didn't even have to bother to ship it back. Now that is customer service! Plus we got a discount for our future purchase.

The quality of the napkin is extremely poor—it feels more like tissue paper than a proper napkin. The printing quality is also disappointing, resembling something I could have produced at home with my own printer. The green ink even has a faint red outline, similar to common at-home print issues. Unfortunately, I will not be using these for the party I ordered them for.

I was originally happy about my purchase and Nana loved the gift. HOWEVER, the description specifically says that these are microwave and dishwasher safe, BUT the first time Nana put this mug in the dishwasher it was destroyed. Not impressed..

My experiences with Zazzle and all representatives were excellent. After having trouble with my local postmaster returning packages, for inexplicable reasons, representatives at Zazzle went above and beyond to find or replace my orders. Each associate was exemplary in the performance of their attention to my requests. Their customer service was outstanding and I received all of my items well in advance of the planned event. Due to their diligence and kind efforts I will shop at Zazzle for future occasions and events.

My mugs were perfect to give as gifts to friends who attended a fun event. I customized each mug showing each couple in the enlarged placements and used the surrounding thumbnails for the rest of the crowd. I used the square available for text to name the event and date. The 2-3 spare placements were used for sunset scenics and our condominium sign. Beautifully created by Zazzle! I also appreciated the careful packaging ensuring each mug arrived safe and intact. Thank you so much for your top notch service!

Everything was nice about the napkin, except that you can't see the date of the wedding. The name's of the couple came out pretty, but the date is there but not visible. Very disappointed.

I purchased a banner from Zazzle last year and was extremely pleased with the quality and how beautiful it looked, So when I needed a retirement banner this year, I again purchased a customized one from Zazzle's many choices. I knew the banner would be sturdy enough for this outdoor event, and I was pleased with the option of adding grommets for hanging it. Again, I had a wonderful banner that arrived by the date they gave me. I can definitely recommend Zazzle banners.
