What has happened to quality control at Zazzle? I’ve never been dissatisfied until now. The last three Seattle Washington ornaments I have ordered have been sticky and they have lots and lots of bubbles on the ornament. I’ve given up! I have been a customer for a few years. I give 8 ornaments to my grandkids every year, but I just can’t rely on Zazzle any more. What can I do?

The image is well-printed, but is NOT durable; casual use and just a couple of washings will remove most of the ink.

These napkins are perfect! The design I had printed on them was an easy way to bring our shower more into the theme.

We gave this to the carpenter that was the boss of our renovations in a house that we bought. He was awesome! He had a crew of 3. He did all the plumbing and electric and advised us in several additional areas. We wanted to do something special for him and I'm sure he will appreciate the thoughtfulness. I even got 30% off.

Images were not as sharp & crisp as similar ornaments previously ordered. Item OK - average - passable but not the same quality as in years past. A exact ornament in red should have been rated OK. For both, I would gladly pay a little more to have them each arrive in a slim box (like in years past) instead of just rolled together in bubble wrap.
