I will never use zazzle again. I have ordered the same wedding match box three times it has been incorrect all three times. First order the labels were not attached which I paid for, the second time one box was correct and the other three boxes were mislabeled. I’m not sure how that is possible. The third time I ordered the labels were printed correctly but again did not label them. It’s too late to correct the order for the third time. I will support a local business next time I need custom printing.

I love it and get plenty of compliments on it

I was thrilled that my package arrived early because my event was only several days away. But upon opening the foam shipping container I was appalled. The price for what you get is robbery. The package came with Hershey mini chocolates that are sold reasonably priced at every grocery, convenience store and pharmacy. The printed sheets of labels which cost next to nothing to print did not fit on the chocolates properly. You have to turn the candy to see the entire message. The back message was fine but the front was not. 40 of the candies contain peanuts (a very common allergen) and when the stickers were put over the Hershey labels, you have no idea which are solid chocolate and which contain other flavors or include peanuts. Do not order custom message chocolates from this company. You, too, will feel ripped off.

The mugs arrived broken. So, so disappointing.

The mugs look very nice but half my order arrived broken, and made the entire order useless as I did not have enough mugs to gift my guests.

It looks amazing. My pet parents love taking their graduation pictures in front of it.

Design printed perfectly! 18x24 size is visible from the street and seems relatively durable. I've placed one sign in three different yards. Can't wait to see how they hold up over time and hopefully drive traffic to my business.

I sent three identical picture mugs to three individuals to memorialize an event. The picture mugs turned out great. Each person was overjoyed with their mug.

The personal name was good. The granddaughters really liked there mugs.
