This order was very late and communication very poor. The item itself was very well produced and was what I wanted had it not been too late for event.

I created/ordered a few items from Zazzle for a surprise wedding vow renewal in Vegas to celebrate 25 years of marriage. EVERYTHING I ordered was perfect. I was able to customize these napkins using an ink color that matched our wedding color. I really like how easy it is to customize for the exact look I wanted. I also ordered custom poker chips for our guests and they are of the highest quality. I will recommend Zazzle to anyone.

The banner is gorgeous. I was worried. It looks nice, is made out of sturdy material, and printed well. I was surprised/disappointed to find there were no grommets for hanging. Maybe that was user error on my part, however, it seems silly to sell a banner without grommets.

The handle broke for no reason

It's a nice mug but not pleased with personalization. Although there is room, my cat's name is on the other side of the mug toward the bottom & nothing else is on that side so it looks odd to me, personalized name ideally should have been below the printing on the same side.

The printer is so light that you can’t even see the bride and groom‘s name. I contacted the seller and haven’t had a reply.

Very nice design and compliments my black storage baskets. Very complimentary colors (gold, burgundy and black). Very pleased with my purchase. The pillows are a nice size, not too big or small. Firm.

A nice heavy wrapping paper which was well packed and shipped speedily.

I wasn't sure how to rate this wrapping paper. The feel and quality of the paper is great, and it is definitely not thin or transparent. Unfortunately, I needed a solid silver to use as the background of a bulletin board, and this one is lightly striped with slight differences in the shades of the stripes and an occasional white line as if the print head needs cleaning. These imperfections are more clear because it is "solid" color. The item was well packed and shipped quickly. If the stripes aren't important to your project, then this is a nice paper.
