It was just what I wanted. came out great. I purchased this ornament also 9 years ago for my first grandson and was so happy you still sold it so I was able to purchase for my new grandson. I only wish it was two sided.

My granddaughter loved this gift, all she wanted was a unicorn thermal cup! Having her name on it made her literally jump for joy!

Well it's good but it would have been nice if your QC team noticed that I missed a data input....Obviously I didn't want the byline to say, "Your Custom Tumbler Text". Yes, it's on me - I guess I was pretty rushed. It would be better with nothing there.

Ordered this on my phone. Saw it was a combo mug, which I mistakenly thought meant white and black. However, it arrived all black much to my chagrin. Heat reveals pattern. Only boiling water revealed the art, otherwise it looks like a dirty mug. Disappointed, I pre-ordered a replacement that will arrive after Christmas. Lesson learned.

I was so excited to find a teapot that I could add my own design to! It’s beautiful!

When first received, the logo print was good and crisp. After an initial handwash and light towel dry, some of the printing came off. You can see in the picture some of the letters are missing and the side frame is gone. This is not a quality printing job based on an expectation of being able to use the glasses.

Took forever to get here, arrived after Christmas after it was 'lost'. Had no ribbon on the ornament like advertised. The white font on the light blue background is too hard to see and is even kind of blurry. The date of birth, weight, and length of the baby are not even legible! Too blurry and small to see! Very disappointed in the tree ornament for sure! It did not appear this way when I created it on the website. Customer service has been helpful with sending a second one, which I am waiting arrival. I am sure it will look exactly the same so I am going to be requesting a refund! Too bad! I was so excited to get it and give it to them for Christmas!
