Ornaments were great!! My mistake was not watching the ribbon hole. I took off the face of my grandson. I am going to order another one. My family looks forward to getting these every year. Was not pleased with the hole placement on my first attempt. Customer service reimbursed my payment and remade my ornament. I was pleased with the results.

This tote’s handles are for carrying it over your arm. You have a choice of nice colors for the handles.

I bought 3 of these 2 for great grandchildren and they absolutely love them and use them all the time. The other was for my granddaughter who just had a baby 5 months ago and it had memory pictures to with baby and family and she loves it too. I would like to order more of these Thank you.

I ordered my item 7th December and have NOT received it! Very disappointing

When I hot the order, the holes metal is been lost

I’m not satisfied with these mats. One side doesn’t lay flat, almost as if the material was stretched during manufacturing. The other mat has a sharp edge—sharp enough that it actually poked me. I ordered two mats, and unfortunately both had issues. Because of this, I can’t use them for what I originally intended. Overall, the quality of these mats feels subpar and does not meet my expectations.

The ornament is absolutely beautiful! The image is perfect and there is no evidence whatsoever that a photo was used. The ornament appears as though it was originally produced with the image! Both communication and shipping timely. I will be buying from this seller again!

It seems that when l order more than six cups, one or two have broken. I like your product, but your packing sucks.

Print quality is terrible on both sides. Blurry and I can barely read “Elle’s first Christmas”. Disappointed because this was so cute online.

I waas able to "adjust" the layout of pictures from the original to only use 3 pictures on this mug. It was a BIG hit!!
