Excellent printing quality

First time ordering from Zazzle. The shipping of part 1 of 3 of my order was prompt & securely packaged. This first part of my order shipped to me was for 2 of same item (as ordered). One of the 2 circular ornaments was perfect as far as being centered in its positioning, however the setting of the image in the other (identical) item was a bit askew, and not made as symetrically as the other. I am assuming this as an allowable margin of error? and I will keep in mind when making future orders.

This is honestly thin junky Christmas paper you would buy at Walmart by the ten pack. It has no weight, no lines on the back, rips easily and once you place tape on it, it cannot be removed or adjusted because the paper will rip with it. The print is pretty but, the paper is garbage. I thought I was buying premium wrapping paper for a wedding gift. Instead, I just wasted $40. I wish I hadn't purchased this.

Design looks great.

The jacket is cute and I will wear it often. I like it so much .

They turned out amazingly well! We had our custom wedding crest design printed on these, and we used them at cocktail hour for our wedding. Would highly recommend!

I like this bag, it's lightweight can hold a good bit of stuff and it's washable. The print is as seen in store.

This order was very late and communication very poor. The item itself was very well produced and was what I wanted had it not been too late for event.

I created/ordered a few items from Zazzle for a surprise wedding vow renewal in Vegas to celebrate 25 years of marriage. EVERYTHING I ordered was perfect. I was able to customize these napkins using an ink color that matched our wedding color. I really like how easy it is to customize for the exact look I wanted. I also ordered custom poker chips for our guests and they are of the highest quality. I will recommend Zazzle to anyone.

The banner is gorgeous. I was worried. It looks nice, is made out of sturdy material, and printed well. I was surprised/disappointed to find there were no grommets for hanging. Maybe that was user error on my part, however, it seems silly to sell a banner without grommets.

The handle broke for no reason

I love the banner!! It’s a wonderful addition for my family reunion.

It's a nice mug but not pleased with personalization. Although there is room, my cat's name is on the other side of the mug toward the bottom & nothing else is on that side so it looks odd to me, personalized name ideally should have been below the printing on the same side.
