Zazzle boasted an average 24-hour turnaround for card products, as they should, considering it's just printing on two sides of heavy paper. However, it took 5 DAYS, ~120 hours, for my 2 cards to be printed. Even better, it was 5 days for my cards to be queued to be shipped; they didn't actually ship until about two days AFTER receiveing that email. I had ordered these cards for a party and assumed that nine days would be more than ample time for these cards to arrive. However, I didn't receive them until 11 days after I ordered them, and had no cards to give to both people I was celebrating birthdays with. I'm not ordering from Zazzle again.

I ordered two cards, and the quality difference between them was very different. One card was a nice solid outline of Shakespeare with a solid orange background, and it looked very good. The second card was a picture of a calico cat on a tie background, and the print came out looking fuzzy even though the uploaded image was of a higher quality. In fact, it was almost as fuzzy as the picture I included on the back of the card, which was a fuzzy dark picture taken with an iphone. Non-photo pictures seem to come out well, but I wouldn't want to include anything I wanted crisp lines on as a front print. On the other hand, I liked the level of gloss on the front of the cards and they also had a good weight.

I have a lot of friends that are older and love to spend time at the casino. There aren't too many casino "gambling" cards available so I was excited that you carried a wide variety....

Printing was fine... It would have been nice to have a choice of font and size.
