Terrible quality. Looks like it was printed on standard copy paper. Fuzzy. Can’t read the writing. Overall, just not well done. Magnet works. Furthermore, I have been trying to speak with customer service about returning these, and have been ignored for over a week. Just straight up no reply after multiple emails, and there is no number to call.

Very nice quality and functionality. The magnet catches the cap and provides ease of removal. The picture is beautiful and classic. Happy with the purchase and highly recommend.

I like the quality of the mousepad (thick and sturdy) but the personalization came out much lighter than it showed online. The KL is pretty but KOGA LITE is barely legible. This is true of the mousepad & the keychains I ordered previously (which are meant to be gifts). In addition to the logo, some of the numbers on the calendar are already faded. How could this possibly last all year when I can barely read the numbers upon arrival? Look at May 7, Aug 11, Sept 12, Oct 1, Nov 3, and much of Dec. The attached picture even seems brighter than the actual item. Disappointing!
