One of the hardest things you’ll ever have to do in your life is handle death. The Covid pandemic has taken so many lives and it took my brothers life at his age of 55 years old. It was all very confusing and everything was being done very very fast. We wanted the buttons before any of the services began but according to the Zazzle system it would not get here until the very last day of the services. My brothers service lasted three long days and all I did was put in a request stating my desire to have it delivered earlier than what the promised date was on my order. I didn’t think I would get it earlier in fact I was already prepared to tell everyone that I failed to get something done for the services that I really wanted to share with them. I received an immediate responseFrom a very sweet and kind young lady. I will never forget her and her kindness. She gave me comfort when I needed it the most and more importantly she gave me genuine concern and care for my situation. We got the buttons on an early afternoon the day before the services began. What more is there to say than simply thank you for everything.

The clarity of every single letter to include the spacing and the picture was everything we hoped for and more.

There is some unwanted rocking (rotation), but it is very minor. My wife is the radio-controlled electric helicopter pilot in the family. The campaign button which appeared unexpectedly on her spare parts satchel evoked a smile and a happy laugh.

The “colors” are black upon a white background. The lettering is in black, and the helicopter is also black, and is shown in right-side silhouette. Inside the silhouette there is very little detail, but the silhouette outer edge has good detail. The helicopter looks a lot like a Bell 206 Jet Ranger, which I find to be aesthetically pleasing.

The product was appropriately-packaged for an item of this type, and arrived in perfect condition. The “colors” are pale green, black, dark gray, light gray, burgundy, and red. It has black letters, and a light gray helicopter with black outlines and dark gray detail, on a pale green background. The female pilot wears red lipstick and a burgundy jacket. There is more detail than one might notice at first glance. Under the helicopter are letters which read www.girlscantwhat.com (which link actually works), but most of us will need a bright light and a GOOD-quality magnifying glass to read it--which says a lot about the resolution (sharpness) of the printing. All features are very sharp and clear. The helicopter is aesthetically pleasing.

I placed the order for 100 key chains on August 26th. I was not expecting the order until August 31st. I was just going to distribute to family members after the funeral. To my surprise, I received the key chains on August 28th. I therefore was able to distribute the chains at the funeral on August 29th. This impeccable action made me aware that the staff at Zazzle cares and are dedicated to the customer! I lost two family members to COVID-19 this month (a Mother and her Daughter.)

Everyone loved it. The printing and pictures were clear. Very pretty key chain and nice size. Note: Please wear your mask and practice social distancing. This disease is not to be taken lightly. Thanks again Zazzle for all you've done.
