I purchased this before which turned out wonderful. This time the print was cut off at the top. when I reordered it I didn't know I had to recustomize the print every time. My mistake. You guys were great. I returned the pad and you allowed me to order a new one.

Reproduction on this mouse pad is excellent. The quality is superior to most pads in that it is thick and well finished. Trim along sides are perfect.

Printed images was true to the original and matches the pad's edges perfectly.

The mouse pad is good quality and the option to add my personal photos made this gift all the more special for my grandson.

This keychain is awesome! The quality it top notch and looked much more expensive than it was! I couldn’t find one that said alumni that wasn’t the sporty/more casual school logo (love Chauncey but for this I wanted more formal). Excellent craftsmanship and came in time for Christmas when I ordered very late! Thanks zazzzle! :)

I should've read description better. Not sure if it says it or not. But I thought the customization would be Embroidered & it's more of a Printing. None the less Looks Exactly as in the photo, & my Son LOVED it...

Printing was excellent, all the colors showed and as long as you followed the lines of the online button it should be straight. Sad that one of the three broke after a few uses but that’s fine
