A great gift for someone in a difficult job.

The quality of the product is fine. But the quality of the personal photo on the metal keychain is not as good as the same photo on the plastic keychain that I previously purchased. The description did say there would be some bleed over on the edges. So that was an accurate description. But I would definitely buy the plastic keychain over the metal one in the future.

I submitted a prior review, which did not get posted, which tells me there is a lack of transparency/reviews are scrutinized and not all posted by Zazzle. Hopefully this one gets posted as it’s important for consumers to understand all experiences. This item had to be redone because the first one, as in the picture I attached, had the head cut off. When I first contacted customer service about it, they indicated it was my error due to the editing tool. Certainly I would never submit an order with the head cut off. The final product I reviewed before submitting the order did *not* have the head cut off. I re-ordered the product under a different order because I needed it right away. After a couple of back-and-forth emails with customer service, they did refund me for the original order. Disappointed in the time I had to take to re-order and get this straightened out with the refund.

Select your picture carefully. Keep the picture simple and remember the image will be small. I did not consider that.
