The print quality is great. Customer service is great. The only thing i would recommend is filing more, The edges are very sharp and pose a cutting hazard. I'm not sure if maybe i got a bad one, but may want to consider looking at that.

I ordered these for my coworkers who have served for our country in honor of Veterans day holiday. I failed to verify the shipping address and it was sent to my old address. When I informed them of that they we able to stop the delivery and send it to the correct address. It was a little late but my Veterans were very happy with their magnets.
