These hats a really good FlexFit quality, I've ordered several of them for our Sledders.com members and each time I am happy with them.

The stitching on the hat always turns out great, no loose threads or any other defects

It was just what I was looking-for for someone who is always talking about going fishing!!

It was very nicely do. Well finished on the backside.

I like the cap and the ability to put one's own lettering on it but.... I have a large head. Some places I can buy caps and even though tight they follow the shape of my head. With these, the dome of the cap always looks stretched and not fitting my head. It is hard to explain but even though it fits and stays on it just looks kind of stretched. Be cautious if you have a large head like 8 or 8+.

The embroidery is fine. Just determine what you feel comfortable saying on your hat.

Embroidery was nice, colors were perfect.

This is the first embroidered shirt I've ordered and I'm very pleased with the quality anf fit.

Love the way the embroidery came out. It looks even better and more detailed than the graphics on the webpage. The web gives a fatter look to the stitching that thickens fine details like the gin barrel and hatch cover, but on the actual product they are much truer to the original graphic I submitted. The same was true on the embroidered hat I ordered at the same time and I was very pleased with that, too.

Embroidery looks extremely accurate.

I ordered 53 of these jackets in an assortment of sizes and all personalized. With the exception of one jacket which the system would not let me enter the letter "e" with two dots over it, all were correct in spelling and font. This order was part of a fundraiser for my daughter's ballet company and the girls flipped over them. In fact, I am putting in a second order for some of the girls whose parents were on the fence about getting it. The Adult XS was a little big on some of the petite ballerinas, but the jackets'streamline silhouette prevents it from looking boxy.

The design and colors were better than I expected.

Initally I purched this generic T shirt for my daughter who usually wears a size Large. With the generic shirt I ordered a Large, but it was more like a Mans Large shirt, than a regular Large. I contacted Zazzle and I re-ordered the same shirt but in a small. Package arrived today and it is a perfect fit. The embroidery looks great. Zazzle has a wonderful customer service team who rushed my second shirt out to me at no additional charge even though it was my fault I ordered the wrong size. They have always been a great company to order from and truely care about the customer experience.
