When I passed out these hats at a business meeting, everyone wanted more! They loved them and when we all headed to a ball game together, people commented on the hats and where we got them. The caps did what I hoped they would do!

Very professional work, no problems with the cap, the adjustable buckle or the embroidery.

My friend has a website that he is busy building and promoting. I took the Northwestern Cap and selected the basic colors of my friend's website and simply put the web address on the cap. He was thrilled and my gift cap replaced his baseball team hat. He has thanked me several times.

The embroidered version of the graphics was a good representation of the print. I did spend time making sure the original *.jpg was simplified of tiny or complex graphics. Only complaint is that the size is a bit smaller than would be desired.

Our design has a tree shield and the artist that digitized it managed to make the overlapping knots look 3 dimensional. This polo is so good I ordered one for my wife and daughter as well as another one for myself. It's very well made.

The logo and stitching show up beautifully on the black shirt. Don't get the white shirt-it has white stitching so you can't see the embroidery at all. Love the black shirt!! Disappointed in the white shirt!

I expect more variation when it come to the jacket's tissue quality and type because there is so many more tissue's type out there that one may like better for quality, look and durability. And we must take in conisdersation when we going to wash it. But I'm really in love with the look of the jacket itself.

Was the fabric and size I desired. Is a little tight at the bottom. Would be perfect for a man, but a women's 2X is a little looser at the bottom.
