As a first time owner of a boat a Captain's hat was in order. I'd never wear an authentic Captain's hat so this personalized base ball cap is perfect.

The embroidery is very clean and precise. The colors are great. The hat looks fantastic.

I got this hat because I already had one in a light color. I wanted this one because I wanted to wear it and not be afraid of every little thing smudging it. The brown color looks great and eases my mind about fouling it up. The fit is great as well.

Colors were great and the design was very clean. Great job.

The hat itself is of very good quality and I'm extremely pleased with the product. All was perfect except for the personalized request.

The embroidery itself was done very well and looked nice. It was just the wrong color. I was disappointed. There was no description section to explain the exact request. I downloaded what I wanted on the hat and assumed it would be in the same color as the download. Instead it came back in black and white embroidered on a white hat. Not the best way to see the embroidery.

Ordered the pink hat with dark pink embroidery. The pink embroidery didn't show up very well, I called & asked if it could be done in black & they did it & it looks great. There was no hassle.

Front embroidery was fantastic! The back side image was a little small, so the embroidery comes out kinda jumbled, but there wasn't much to expect from that!

Took this and another out of the package today, only to notice how poorly it was made. I'm afraid that if I wash this before I wear it the cuffs will fray because of the strings (threads) that are not attached. This product review is for both of the OFS hoodies received on this order. Both fit well in the chest but seem long in the body.

This jacket was purchased as a gift after a trip to Whistler, BC. The jacket was more than I expected. It has a beautiful, warm, Sherpa lining. Perfect for those in between days in the fall or early spring.

I didn't care for this hat - the pink on pink did not work at all. It was difficult to see the print. However, I returned it for a pink on white and it looks terrific!

I accidentally ordered the hat in pink and had to return it - pink on pink just don't work. The hat was immediately replaced with the pink on white - perfect!
