Zazzle Embroidery

The sweatshirt was good quality and the embroidery was good, but the wrong size. The designed was embroidered much smaller than what I ordered which looked bad on the sweatshirt.

The embroidery quality was good, however, it was embroidered much smaller than I ordered. I was not happy with the final product and was forced to reorder a second one since customer service did to respond to my email for many days. I also had to pay for faster shipping to get the second sweatshirt in time and I will have to pay for return shipping n the bad one. Makes for a very expensive sweatshirt with a lot of hassle. My second order has not shipped out yet.

I bought the wrong size initially, contacted Zazzle about this to exchange and pay the difference. To my surprise, Zazzle ordered the next largest size and it was all shipped for free. My friend loved this sweatshirt, the quality is great, the embroidery held up during washing. I will definitely order from this seller and Zazzle again.

Embroidery is clear, done well and will last through many washings. Very happy with this will definitely order again as a gift.

The quality of the hat itself is cheap and there was a huge stain on the hat underneath the embroidery, which is very noticeable because the hats white.

This hat was designed & purchased as a gift for my father, a Vietnam veteran. The quality of the hat & embroidery are wonderful and I know he will love it. He wanted a hat with the 9th division patch plus a few of the battles he fought in. This is perfect!

The item turned out exactly as I had designed it online. I was worried that it wouldn't look as nice in person. The quality of the embroidery & colors are even better in person! I would definitely recommend this Zazzle shop. Thank you!

The embroidery looks great and was representative of how it looked when it was mocked up on the website.

Cap is made of good quality and the flexible backing make the fit snug and comfortable for your head.

Embroidery is very professional; colorful and tight.

The quality of this fabric and the inner lining with the Sherpa keeps me very warm in the cool and colder type weather. Very nice brown color too!

The stitching for the embroidery is just right...I love the image of the two horses together and, since it was done in white, it stands out great on the dark brown background.

I ordered two of these tote bags for Christmas gifts for my two daughters. I was nice that I could customize them to the cities (othr than Malibu) that I wanted. They arrived in a reasonable time and in tact. I was pleased to see they are exactly like the picture. I would definitely recommend.

The embroidery looked good. I did think the picture looked like red print but what I received was orange.

I was excited because the colors and logo were true to the image however the lid of the cap started to separate after a few month. I don't wear the hat weekly either so not sure why that would occur but I do love my cap

The logo was exactly as the Rodan + Fields logo. I tried to match it with another print company but there were unable to match ALL the colors. Nice job!
