Super cool cap…. Clearly some people feel intimidated by my outfit - but it just makes me even more confident showing off😉

Sturdy and well made.

The sweater material has zero stretch/give and is tight around the armpits making it incredibly difficult to put on and take off. Disappointing.

very bummed! The hat design is super cute but the brand of hat delivered is NOT the brand I had ordered and this brand is wayyy too large for my head :(.

well the hat is great, but embroidery is not. As designed, the fonts are all the same, yet the delivered product has fonts that are quite different (as seen in pictures with actual measurements). Also, the machine must have had a glitch with one of the letters being very distorted (again see picture)

The customized hat was beautiful except I spelled the name of the boat wrong! Am definitely going to reorder!

My husband was looking for a hat with the dates of his service. This was perfect. He's happy with the quality of the hat.

I can't wait to wear this one !

The embroidery of this baseball hat looks AWFUL. I cannot believe this is the quality of hat you are selling at that price (about $50 all in). I was VERY careful in the design process to make the font and logo as big as possible WITHOUT overlapping, yet the printing still managed to do that. The letters are crooked and there is more thread on some letters than others. Just a very odd embroidery result. I would not recommend embroidering this hat. The third image uploaded is what I was expecting, and the first two is what I got.
