Grampy products are so hard to find, love that everything could be customized. Arrived right on time and exactly as promised. The only thing that could have made it better is if it were offered in a screen-back cap also. The cotton will be rather hot this summer.

Love the look of it but xl was very small would consider it more medium than xl did not fit the person I was buying it for. Gave it to my much smaller daughter instead so it kinda worked out in the end.

Embroidery is beautiful.

I ordered 4 hats with custom embroidery. The embroidery was spot on and the hats seem to be of good quality. Best part is my dad, whom the hats were given to, was elated when he opened them on Christmas. Shipping was easy and the products were delivered on time and intact. Great job Zazzle team!

because the hat was black the letters on the hat was black which made the letters not noticible

I loved the work but the shirt shrunk incredibly to the point that it could not be worn again!

stitching was great and made for a perfect gift but was only good to be worn once.

I have been pleased in the past with all of my Zazzle orders. I recently reregistered with Zazzle to have this hat made. This is the first time I have been dissatisfied with a Zazzle product. The product was ordered to be taken with me overseas on an extended business venture to a third world country. It is very unlikely it will be possible to have it returned and redone prior to my departure overseas. Besides, I had already compromised and not ordered a fitted hat with the expectation that the desired graphics would present better on the non-fitted.

The primary problem with the product is the custom graphic I ordered stitched to the rear of the hat. It came out off center, and tilted at apx. a 15 degree angle when compared with the design ordered. Additionally, the vertical distance between the brim and the front lettering is double that of the ordered design, putting the letters "Dr." almost between the two breathing holes at the front/top of the hat.

My daughter in law loved the shirt, especially since my son is currently on duty in Afghanistan.

The shirt was embroidered and as ususal a super job

Black w/Pink Lettering. Size Small, nice fit for a size small for a woman, probably will shrink a little, which is fine as it is roomy. Professional looking embroidered lettering. Price beat the kiosk in the mall by $10.00. I would order again. Would suggest another choice of polo to choose from as well, one that is a little higher quality, and not pique.

I appreciate the ability to customize anything you want. We ordered one zippered hoodie and had it embroidered. The quality was excellent. The recipient absolutely loved it. This was our second customized purchase and we will definitely be back.

I was happy with the product overall, it arrived ALMOST as pictured, but...

...was not thrilled with the printing as compared to the picture, especially the exclamation points, which were an important part of the design. I ordered 2 copies of this hat, and all 4 of the small ex-points appeared as a solid vertical line. these were gifts so I was very disappointed with this glitch. something to be mindful of in the future regarding quality control, I hope. however, thank you for this unique experience, I really enjoy zazzle.com!! ~valerie
