Love the color and deisgn, BUT don't get near anything that can snag the word CREW on the back. The stiching is to loose and I snagged it the first time I wore it. Now I have a "R" that is all messed up.

This shirt fits well. The material appears to be good quality. My only issue is with the top button. It is very difficult to button the top button while wearing the shirt. Instead of the top buttonhole being vertical it was placed horizontally. For some reason it is very hard to get the button to go into that hole.

The embroidery turned out great. It does appear to be of good quality. It has been washed a couple times on just a regular wash cycle and seems to hold up well. It will be interesting to see how long it lasts.

unfortunately the first was lost in transit, but the second arrived timely and is as expected. I sure hope to find fans willing to buy it soon! More colors (other than black, cocoa or white) would have been welcome... I don't know for how long it will stay white, but I'll keep it for special occasions.

I just love this hoodie. The sherpalining is not too thick and the hoodie is nicely streamlined. I am tall and fit so wear small sizes. The XL is snug on my hips when zipped, and I haven't even washed it yet. With better sizing, I'd buy a second.

The quality is nice and bright with clean edges.

The word "remission" is almost as white as the hat and is very hard to see. It REALLY needs to be a different color, maybe the same as the work Rocks!

Everything looked great except that the hat was MUCH lighter almost faded red instead of the color in the picture. Wish I had ordered a brighter red, or the picture had matched the merchandise.

Embroidery was exactly as pictured.

The shirt is very nice and the quality is good. However, it is way too big!! All the shirts in my dad's dresser are size large so that's what I ordered, but two of my dads would fit inside this shirt!! Be careful of sizing when ordering.

We needed our embroidery logo on our hat and Zazzle was recommended by a friend. The site was easy to use, fast, convenient and turned out great.

When I was designing this shirt I had the letters spaced accordingly And evenly spaced with the image in the middle When I received the shirt the wording was written over the image. When I reviewed the shirt online it was not what I submitted. The saved product was altered. This is the second time this has happened. The first time was with an apron I had the apostrophe in the right place but the saved product had a comma. I resubmitted the apron, but it was not fixed . The polo shirt looks awful. It is not something I would wear proudly.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received this hat. The quality of the hat itself was higher than I was expecting, it's made really well and fits nicely. I've got a lot of hats (I like hats) and this one is definitely one of my favourites. I'll be wearing it a lot, helping to spread hat awareness to the hatless peoples of this fine land.

The embroidery looks better than the photo in my opinion. The text also seems larger and bolder somehow. It is probably the exact size that I specified, but the real physical item is much more impressive that the picture. Great job!

The embroidery was very clear and professional looking.

Both products I ordered arrived on time and looked identical to what I saw and ordered online. I initially surprised to see items with Slovenian logo's but even more surprised and satisfied with the quality of the material. This made an awesome B-day gift for my dad, he was thoroughly happy with the colors I was able to select and the overall style. Thank you again.

Embroidery came out great. My dad is not a fan of huge logo's so it was nice to find a few items with smaller logos. He has yet to wash it but the embroidery and overall product appearance appears to be made with quality.

This was so cute. My brother is a welder, he likes smiley faces - he thought this was the bomb!

Love the look of the design on this hat, matched the text color with the fish outline, great effect. It's fantastic that you can change the stitch colors so easily. The hat quality is just as expected, quite good, I would say.

Our goal was to have a matching pair of shirts for both a man and a woman. Unfortunately, there were not professional shirts that achieved that and I figured this would be a nice solution. Unfortunately "Adult" really men's MENS and the shirt ended up not fitting the woman, only the man. Ladies shirts (polos) have an unfortunate trend of having their sleeves way too short and long sleeve shirts such as the one ordered typically have no collar, both giving us less than professional appearances. So 1 of the 2 orders cannot be used.

I have used other programs that give you a proof of what your end product will resemble. I did not like the thread colors that were substituted for the actual colors in the image submitted. Had a proof been available, this could have been avoided. Embroidered items are not the cheapest and it is a huge let down when they do not turn out to your standard. I would prefer to use a company that did proofs so I could justify returning the product if the product is not what was expected.
